By Walking:

1. Exit Newton MRT station from Exit A, turn right and you will see an open field.
2. Walk along the path lying diagonally across the field until you reach a bus-stop along the main road (Bukit Timah Road).
3. Continue walking along the main road until you reach the second bus-stop. This bus-stop stands directly in front of Balmoral Plaza. Balmoral Plaza is a 5-storey high pink building.

1. Take PIE and exit Stevens Road (Exit 19).
2. Travel along Mount Pleasant Road follow by Whitley Road.
3. At the end of Whitley Road, turn left to Dunearn Road.
4. Turn right when you see ACS (Barker Road) on the left.
5. Turn left to enter Balmoral Plaza carpark.
