Block Booking Package Deal (Only available for 20 people and above)

You can block-book the cafe for special events and personal functions such as birthday parties, class outings, corporate events, company family day etc. Our cafes have a maximum seating capacity of 55 pax at Balmoral Plaza and 70 pax at Clementi. We will do our best to cater to your special requirements and customise the package. Packages are available at all operating timings. Contact us in advance so that we can discuss further.

Am I able to extend package?
In order to cater for different groups of members' needs, extension of package is allowed. Every hour of package extension will be $2.50 per person from Mon-Thurs and $3.50 per person from Fri-Sun.

Membership and all other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with block booking packages.

Do you provide decoration?
No, we do not provide decoration of the cafe. You can come earlier to decorate the cafe if there are no customers before your booking.

How to confirm the booking?
You need to drop by the outlet that you made your block booking at least 4 working days in advance to pay a 50% deposit. Deposit is compulsory. Confirmation of booking is on first-come-first-serve basis. If you called to make booking but haven't make deposit, your booking is not confirmed.

Can I reserve the whole cafe?
If you wish to reserve the cafe for your private function, you need a minimum number of 45 people at Balmoral Plaza and 55 people at Clementi during normal operating hours. Otherwise we will charge as 45 people at Balmoral Plaza and 55 people at Clementi.

Can I reserve the whole cafe for non operating hours?
If you wish to reserve the whole cafe for your private function during non-operating hours, the charges are $50/hr. No game facilitators will be provided during non-operating hours. Board games are provided.
