Members of De Coder's Cafe are entitled to special privileges including attractive discounts and birthday treats. Members are also able to make reservation bookings. All memberships are life-long and require no annual membership fees. There are currently four different agent ranks available: Agent, Special Agent, Top Agent and Coder.

Special Privilege for Cafe Agents (SPCA):

All students and NSFs will automatically be qualified as Agent without any initial spending at the cafe. What you need to do is to fill up an application form obtainable from the cafe counter and pass it back to our friendly staff. No annual membership fees, no hassle and no spending required. The Agent Card (membership card) will be issued on the spot and you may start using it immediately!

The maximum compounded discount from all sources that one is entitled to is capped at 25%.

Purchasing of Board Games

Members (also known as Agents) of De Coder's Cafe can place orders for the purchase of board games. Enquires are welcomed:

Please kindly state the following upon ordering:

1. Name of the board games (states expansion details - if any) that you want.
2. Quantity of the board games required.
3. Membership Card number.
4. Name and Contacts.

Members will have to place a nominal deposit upon confirmation. We will then proceed to place orders with our supplier. The arrival of the games is dependent on worldwide availability and the shipment timings of the respective countries and manufacturers. As such, the collection date can range from immediate to a few weeks. We will inform our members upon arrival of the board games for collection. Members have to collect the board games at our outlet at Balmoral Plaza.

Non-members who are keen to purchase board games through De Coder's Cafe are encouraged to visit us and apply for membership (please check the Membership section for application).

Members are strongly encouraged to try out the board games first before ordering. The board games rating given on our website is subjective and differs from people to people. You may also wish to check out this website for suggested board games ratings: http://www.boardgamegeek.com.
